Robotic Process Automation (RPA) refers to software that helps automate tedious desktop tasks, such as routine, schedule-based work that requires little subjective analysis or human decision-making. NICE Robotic Automation is an RPA solution that allows menial tasks to be handled by a 'robotic workforce' who is able to complete such clerical tasks quickly, accurately, on-time and at reduced costs. This frees employees to focus on high-value, creative, critical-thinking work.

In this instructor-led, live training (onsite or remote), participants will learn what RPA is and how it can be implemented within an organization.
